I can not stand Oatmeal texture. It is so bad, that I cannot get it, there are some compensation for Oatmeal with similar/same benefits? If not, there is a specific type of rolled oats or cooking method, which will improve the texture from the goopy paste I despise?

Can 50 pounds to lose, in 3 months? [Forum]

Hello

I am 24, 5 feet and weigh 167 pounds but my doctors say I fed (strangely enough). They say my ideal weight range is 106-116.6 inventory unit (48.2-53 kg). I am so technically overweight at 50 lbs or 23 kg.

I used to be a UK size 6, before I went to one but due to the stress and loneliness, I started we even in the many luxuries in life and is now a size 16/18. I am 24, but I look like I'm 30 because of my weight.

I have started where I eat only 500 calories a new diet program, which consists of fruit, veggies, fresh fruit juice and low fat milk. I also makes the 1 hour Hot Yoga 5 times a week and lose approximately 760 calories on average per day. I also go quite a bit. But this is only day 3 in my diet program and really must stay motivated for at least 1 month to see any significant results.

Prior to this new system, I tried absolutely everything from a soup diet to swimming, to just starving themselves, but simply does not seem to get rid of love handles all over and above the away from a terrible leader double chin lol.The only option left is lipo, but I really do not want to pursue this route because of monetary reasons and fear of machines, lol.I am afraid that if I do not do something drastic to bring my body weight down, that I may suffer a heart attack or stroke and never be able to enjoy life to the max.

I realized, I start to make me in chocolate and whatnot when I'm feeling really down or really happy, so I try to find a balance, where I do not feel too happy or sad, too, lol.

Oh And another thing is that I have completely stopped alcohol. before, I used to have a glass of white wine with my dinner every night, but now it is next to. I have never had any other kind of alcohol except wine and because I am so busy at the moment, I don't have much time to go out drinking with friends, which is kind of a good thing, I guess.

I really need to lose 50 pounds quick and I hope before Christmas, and I just need a bit of motivation and support to keep the focus to achieve my goals.

Has anyone any ideas or suggestions?

How to get leaner muscles? [Forum]

I'm looking for advice on how to get leaner muscles. Since the beginning of this year, I have worked very hard doing cardio, lifting weights, and eat right to lose unwanted flab on my stomach and thighs. I am very happy with my progress, but I have found that I cannot get my muscular legs to get any thinner (back to how they were a year ago). I know it is possible for my bones to be slimmer and still muscular, because they have been in the past.

I would really appreciate any advice on how to get leaner muscles!

Maintaining weight loss after the treatment of illness [Forum]

Hello there

I have an unusual questions.I used to be very overweight, with a BMI 28. earlier in the year I started to lose weight very quickly, and by april was diagnosed with cancer.

In the late, my weight had plummeted to what is perfect for my height and have remained there now, where I in remission, I will keep this new emphasis. I know, however, that most people get the weight back after massive weight loss and, in any case, I didn't ' servant ' my weight loss.

I am very motivated to stay in this new emphasis, on the other hand, because I would never be so sick again in my life, and being overweight is a risk factor for cancer. also because when I was very ill, I made my spirits by looking at the fashion websites, even clothes I could bear when got better.I keep a food journal, and eat the right amount of calories to my age (42), activity level and the height. I have also started walking time about the day and when I am in better health, intend to join a gym and take classes.

I have also got rid of my old clothes and take pleasure in buying new clothes that fit perfectly. It was hugely expensive, so if I win the weight again, I would be up to the large clothes BOMs.

But I have already come up against difficulties. Most other people-anyone think always offers cake or alcohol and the apparently offended if I refuse.A few people have even said ' feeding ' necessary even if my weight are clinically perfect to my height and body; I think they are shocked at how much weight I have lost and believe that if I went back to look like I did before, in a way that would mean I was back to normal. Then there are people who seem to actively want to me to be fat again. a friend, there are more than obese themselves, pointing me almost spells, weight lost, always comes back.My partner, who is overweight, even love his food and always brings chocolate and other snacks into the House. We have even had battles about it-he says he understands, but then it brings me home some chocolate.

I have also lost a huge muscle mass because of my disease. Should I expect to put on some weight as I more exercise, as muscle returns, or is all of the weight gain is likely to be fat?

Has anyone got any advice for me? I feel it only good for this terrible disease was lasting weight loss and I want to keep it, I could not stand it if I got again, fat on top of everything else-but how I cope with friends and family want to push the food on me?, and do I need to know anything about changing metabolism, etc, etc?

Thank you for all the advice,

Alexie

Useful resources for eating right? [Forum]

Hello
I recently posted a second position with regards to weight loss, before I get pregnant. My problem is that I work FT and I get Home late sometimes and I tired and lazy when it goes to the meals. So have I eaten lean gastronomy, which has not seemed to help me lose weight. I eat them cause so easy and portioned checked, but I hear loaded with salt. What is so good to eat?? My previous posts, people suggested to eat vegs/fruits. I appreciate that I saw now needs to know what to eat. Anyone can recommend a diet or resources for quick recipes. I can not eat lettuce for the next month, but frankly if it is, what will work great. When I get pregnant, I do not want to eat salads too, because I want to ensure that the child will get nutrition. I take a mulit-vitatmin daily, but is it enough?

I am a white female, 5 ' 6, 155 lbs, 32 years old, and I want to lose about 20 lbs before the end of OCT. I have always wanted lean legs as IE where my emphasis lies: hips, butt, and now I see cellulite in my arms, as I never had (I have it on my thighs). I need help guys. I will also try to drink plenty of water-how much? I'm so clueless. I also try to jog everyday, as I have not been consistently on, because I try and go into the night, and I "m tired.I'm not an early bird, but how to change and wake up at 6 am to go jogging! Anyone can help, please!!!!I feel gross. One of the worst part is that I feel muscle under the fat but not lose it.

Thanks for reading! I am frustrated!

How can I Lose Weight without losing muscle mass? [Forum]

Hello
I am a male, 5 ' 10 ", 147 inventory unit carries out 4-6 times a week for about 2 hours per lesson. My workouts are very intensive, when I went to mountain biking races. It is not unusual for 2 hr ride has an altitude gain of 3,000 feet, which, when combined with technical terrain such as rocks and high altitude makes for a very Calorie expenditure.

I do some basic strength training: pull ups, push ups, etc., none involved heavy work. my question is: What is the best way to lose a few pounds without losing any muscle mass.

Reason Why I am asking is last summer was I 2 lbs lighter, and that really helped on long ascents, but this had a drawback of feeling weak sometimes when overtaking a large stone or another obstacle, which demanded raw muscle power for a few seconds at a time.

Thank you for your input!

How can I recover from a Days Binge Eating? [Forum]

I have been on a really strict diet in the past few months. I have been eating anywhere from 800 to 1500 calories a day but burning 1,000 just in the gym in 3 days a week and other days I would make a lighter exercise as a 3-5 mile walk or a 7 vs. 7 soccer game. in most cases, would my Calorie intake is around 1000, and probably around 1500 maybe twice.

Nevertheless, a few days ago I decided to up my Calorie intake to about 1,500 average trying to maintain my weight reason, I do not want to lose any more, I just to maintain it.

I had a hardtime and was closer to around 1200. I feel pretty guilty, eat more.

well today breakfast, I had a pb & J at 100 cal bread thins as had about 200 calories, a 387 Calorie bran muffin lunch.all was fine until dinner and my father made tacos, I had 7 and two large portions of Spanish rice. tacos were the authentic mexican form
they were carne asada/chicken on a grilled corn tortilla with chile and onions (not as chile and onions have calories). IM guess my Calorie intake today was around 2900

think you after tomorrow I eat around 750 calories eat only things like salads, egg whites, zucchini, and perhaps a slimfast I will be okay?

the rest of the next week should I stay in the range 1000 or continue my plane back to 1500. I do not want to gain weight, how I solve this problem?

Would this amount of exercise be considered "Moderate"? [Forum]

today I did a "guts, butts and thighs" class

It felt like a pretty good workout, but I am in shape so I was not sure I've heard others say how much it made them sore, but idk if I would feel.

The class was an hour and afterwards I spoke to the instructor and asked her how many calories, she estimated the burned. She said, of course, it depends on the weight, as I know, but she she deems it around 600, because it is a anærob class mixing cardio and strength.

When the class I ran 3 mil, 2 a Jog and 1 was a six-minute mile

so I did some more ab workouts and a bit more leg workouts to ca. 20 minutes

would you consider this moderate exercise or hard exercise?

This will probably only be 1 day week because the class is only one day per week

tomorrow I will probably run approximately 5 miles and make approximately 30-45 min. strength training

Wed. I have a football match in an hour

Thursday: will be a cardio Boxing class for an hour then probably run 2 miles, then a hip-hop class
When I want to make the strength of 30 min.

Fri-Sat is usually breaks
But I can go to a club where I dance for at least 2 hours nonstop and thats gotta be some exercise

and another day I would probably go a 3-5 mile trip

but overall weekends are rest days

the main point is, would you considerate my practice moderate or heavy?
