I am 35 years old, mother of two, weighing 83kgs, height 5 ' 6 ", my problem is I have jogging to 30mins & make yoga for 45mins & eat less calories, drinking at least 16 glasses hot water since month, even if there is visible damage in inches, but my weight loss is only 1 kg, which is very disappointing, what should I do to lose weight?I need to lose at least 15kgs reach my ideal weight in hypothyroidism have. Please help.
