The no-Diet diet

Diets don't work. If they did the U.S.A would be thinner nation, with more than 40 million Americans spend billions each year on weight loss products. In fact, the opposite is true. The Center for disease control says that at least 65% of adults are obese or overweight. With the growing list of ills associated with obesity, including diseases of the heart, hypertension, and diabetes, the problem of weight in America has become a major concern. Yet we continue to look to fad diets as the response to this serious problem - as if living in bacon and eggs, soup of cabbage, or low calorie meal replacement drinks could never be interpreted as a healthy solution.


A review of popular diet programs conducted by the University of Pennsylvania and published in Annals of Internal Medicine, said that most weight loss programs offer little or no evidence that participants were successful in losing weight or maintaining weight out long-term. Are you an emotional dining, has a sweet tooth compulsive, or someone who eats out of boredom?Do you eat fresh food or only the things that come in a box, bag, or through a power-operated window?What is the general State of health? is active or sedentary lifestyle?What type of physical activity you like? questions such as these help to build the foundations for the creation of a personalized diet of no-dieta - a plan of wisdom to live that it will result in the loss of weight, levels high energy and improvement of the health and well-being.


Rapid solutions that often lead to long-term errors, and while the response to the problem of weight of the United States cannot come in the form of a magic diet, do not need to be extremely difficult or bien.Mantener a sensible meal plan including complex carbohydrates, protein, good fats, fruits, vegetables and sweet lean sparingly, exercising regularly, and maintains a healthy with weight/health connection attitude can be the simple answer you have been looking for.
