I'm looking for advice on how to get leaner muscles. Since the beginning of this year, I have worked very hard doing cardio, lifting weights, and eat right to lose unwanted flab on my stomach and thighs. I am very happy with my progress, but I have found that I cannot get my muscular legs to get any thinner (back to how they were a year ago). I know it is possible for my bones to be slimmer and still muscular, because they have been in the past.
I would really appreciate any advice on how to get leaner muscles!
