May 5 diet - lose 10 pounds in 5 days


Let me say from the outset that the 5 may day diet is a weight based on eating only mayonnaise for five days straight loss plan!

In fact, there is no mayonnaise on this diet at all.Diet may called because supposedly was created in an institution of health with the name "May" in the sense mismo.Tiene due to a diet based on eat mayonnaise definitely would not work very well!

What is this diet all then? well this diet is really a variation of the popular grapefruit diets.

Meals per day: three meals.

Duration of the diet: five days.

Type diet: low carbohydrate diet.

What you can eat:?

Grapefruits, meat, eggs, vegetables no starch, dried fruit, cheese and tomatoes.

What you can not eat:

Cereals (rice, bread, pasta), starch vegetables (peas, potatoes), fruits (Grapefruits are an exception, of course).

5 Days diet menu

Sample breakfast

1 grapefruit

2 whole eggs

2 breakfast sausages

Herbal tea

Lunch sample

1 grapefruit

1 serving of meat (any preferred)

1 bowl of mixed green salad

Sample dinner

1 grapefruit

1 serving of meat (any preferred)

1 cup steamed vegetables

Herbal tea

My Review

So will this diet work wonders for you? so be realistic here, is only five days long. really believe you that you will lose all the weight you need in just five days?

Even if you lose 10 pounds in five days, do you think that you will keep after a return to his normal life style diet? I think that you know the answer to that based on their past experiences one dieting.

If you need to lose weight for a five day now (such as a wedding) event, you might want to give this diet a firing. only willing to win back all the weight within few days.

On the other hand, if you want to lose weight... and really to keep it forever... should definitely go on day 5 diet may.
